-This proposal is valid for up to 45 days unless otherwise stated in writing by Monster Fence Company.
-Monster Fence Company assures all work will be completed in a professional manner by experienced Fence Installers/Technicians & associated disciplines (ie Masons, Access Control, Glaziers, and other skilled labor).
PROPERTY LINES
-Customer/Owner and/or owner’s designated representative promises to indemnified Monster Fence Company, it’s employees, sub-contractors, and partners free of any liability related to the fence location and property lines.
-Customer/Owner and/or owner’s designated representative promises to indemnify Monster Fence Company against any and all claims by adjoining landowner(s), *including associated attorneys’ fees.
PERMITS -COUNTY, MUNICIPALITY, HOA, Other
-Customer/Owner and/or owner’s designated representative are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, except where noted in this proposal or an agreed upon amendment.
-Monster Fence Company will always use Texas811 (One-Call) for utility marking. Monster Fence Company will not be responsible for damage to under-ground lines or pipes including, but not limited to; communication, electric, gas, waste, irrigation lines, or other water systems.
SCOPE & PRICING
-Proposal prices include items listed above only. Any and all other items, not listed or described, are not included in this proposal.
-Upon Acceptance of Proposal, a deposit of 50% of total project estimation is required upon delivery of contract.
-Deposits must be made via cash, check, or money order. Balance can be paid credit/debit card, Paypal, cash, check, or money order.
-Factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to; supply, weather, unanticipated property/land conditions, adjacent projects/contractors, HOA or municipal permits may delay, halt, or otherwise hinder the completion of project and/or cause additional fees. Monster Fence Company reserves the right to revise, withdraw, deny, or terminate any proposal for any reason, at anytime.
-Please note: We reserve the right to adjust total cost of the project up to, but no greater than 20% of this estimation to cover expenses from factors beyond our control, should they arise. In this event, Monster Fence Company will furnish invoices, bills, receipts or other legal evidence of such expenses. Any additional fees will be commensurate with exact expenses only.
-All Materials are the property of Monster Fence Company until paid in full.
Rights
Customer is not obligated to use Monster Fence Company or accept this proposal. Prior to accepting proposal and providing deposit the customer is not bound by any terms or agreements, verbal or otherwise. If other corresponding documents are to accompany this proposal as related to scope of project (ie Access Control Contract, Deck/Patio Contract, Residential Window Installation/Replacement Contract, etc) customer reserves the right to review all documents before accepting this proposal.
